How to return?
Yes, if you don't like the product, you can return it within 30 days.
You have up to 30 days to start your return from the moment your Defacto order is delivered. Check out the information below to ensure you know just how to return your items.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN:
1. Click the link to reach the DPD return link.
2. Enter the necessary information which required in the return form.
3. You can select your preferred return option as home collection or drop off at a Pickup parcelshop for free.
4. Please do not forget to put the “Delivery Form” into your return package. Otherwise, this will slow down the refund process!
Please keep hold of any proof of postage until you have been refunded correctly in case you need this later.

From the moment we approve the refund, your bank starts to process it. The time it takes to process the refund differs between banks and the payment methods. You will receive your refund using the same method that you used to pay for the products.
