You have up to 30 days to start your return from the moment your Defacto order is delivered. Check out the information below to ensure you know just how to return your items.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN:

2. Enter the necessary information which required in the return form (name, surname, address, e-mail, mobile phone).
3. You can select your preferred return option as home collection or drop off at a Pickup parcelshop for free.
4. Please DO NOT forget to put the “Delivery Form” into your return package. Otherwise, this will slow down the refund process!
